At Gadget Pioneers Hub, we partner with global suppliers and fulfilment centres to bring you the latest in tech and innovation at the best possible prices. Because we ship directly from our partners to you, we can cut out the middleman and pass those savings forward.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or the holiday season), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Terms
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the specific supplier fulfilment centre.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 48–72 hours.
If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times, as we source products from different specialised tech suppliers to ensure the highest quality.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gadget Pioneers Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Gadget Pioneers Hub is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
